MaryLynne Bolden is a professional life coach, strong leader, trainer and mentor. Having climbed the rungs on the corporate ladder, MaryLynne quickly learned that too many people at the top are dollar driven and not people driven. She believes you must invest in the people to strengthen the bottom line. As a result, MaryLynne is thrilled to be embarking on this new venture as a co-founder of MJ Senior Housing. A company where “Adding People to the Bottom Line” is a way of life.
MaryLynne wears her heart and guts on her sleeve. She’s always in constant motion working toward the goal. The greater the challenge, the more intense her motivation is to succeed. Never afraid to call attention to the elephant in the room, she openly shares her thoughts and opinions. She is highly concerned with investing in people to make them and their organization better. She is absolutely passionate about and committed to developing leaders who will develop leaders by providing the finest training resources and tools for personal and professional growth. She will stop at nothing to positively impact people. Her experience in the industry, insight, positive energy, strong communication skills, and ability to really get to know people both personally and professionally enables her to work with leaders and help them recognize their potential. MaryLynne has nearly 12 years of hands on and executive level management of assisted living facilities. Most recently, she was Vice President of a multi-site senior living management company with facilities in Nebraska and Iowa. She worked to enhance the operations of existing senior housing communities and opened 4 more communities since 2006. Her leadership played a critical role in growing the organization to over 500 assisted living apartments and more than 500 employees. Under her leadership and training, a successful sales training system was implemented which consistently produced exceptionally high occupancy rates. MaryLynne has been a Registered Assisted Living Administrator in the State of Nebraska since 2004 and a Certified Assisted Living Administrator through ALFA since 2004.

Jason Lange always believes the best in people. He has a strong drive to help them achieve. Providing the best services for seniors is what keeps him charged every day! For Jason, everyday starts at zero and he has an internal drive to achieve results. Results start with providing the best customer service to seniors and end up with providing great returns for investors. He still believes you are only as good as your word and you should say what you believe, believe what you say and do as you say. Jason Lange is an experienced senior housing leader who has learned during his ten years of industry leadership how to create a successful senior housing community. Jason played a critical role in the development and management of over 1500 senior housing apartments in 6 different states. In 2004 Jason co-founded a senior housing management company where he successfully oversaw the start-up and development of 500 senior housing apartments. Under his leadership as President, the organization grew to over 500 employees with an annual operating budget of $20 million. Jason has served as Vice-President of Iowa Assisted Living Association and an adjunct faculty member for Nebraska Healthcare Association’s New Assisted Living Administrator course.
